Eating Out

We’re looking for people to join a face-to-face focus group about service experiences when eating out. We want to hear what stands out to you, what meets expectations, and what makes a good or bad experience. Before the group, you’ll be asked to complete a short pre-task to note examples of service you receive in different places. This research aims to understand what shapes people’s expectations and experiences of service when eating out.
