We’re looking for people to talk about supermarket loyalty programmes and how they fit into everyday shopping. This research is for a well-known consumer brand that wants to better understand what drives people to use certain schemes, and what puts them off others. We also want to hear about habits, preferences and real experiences. This research aims to understand why people use specific supermarket loyalty programmes, and why they may choose not to use others.
