Future Water Plans

How should water supplies be planned for the future? We’re looking for household customers, future bill payers and people who manage water for an organisation. Depending on your circumstances, you may be invited to one individual interview or two online focus groups. Your feedback will help shape reliable, affordable and environmentally responsible water plans. The research aims to understand what households and organisations need from future water supplies.

We’re looking for people aged 18 or over who live in selected water supply areas. This includes people who manage household water bills. We also want to hear from people aged 18 to 24 who expect to manage one within three years. We’re also looking for people involved in water bills and operational planning at an organisation. Eligibility will depend on your location, circumstances and water supplier.

We're looking for...

People who manage their household water bills
People aged 18-24 who expect to manage their household water bills in the next three years
People involved in water bills and operational planning for a business
