Supermarket Self-Service & Check-Out Behaviour

We are working closely with BEAM Fieldwork to deliver a research project on behalf of a leading UK grocery retailer. We're interested in your thoughts and opinions on self-scan and check-out at the supermarket. The research discussion will cover behaviours you may have observed, what you think about other people’s experience in this moment, as well as existing and future initiatives retailers can put in place to help.

There are two stages to this project:
